An Emergency Information Card is a handy tool that could really save your life. With places to designate an emergency contact, check off key medical conditions, and list medical allergies, it tells emergency personnel critical information that you may be unable to communicate during an emergency.

The Mission of the National Emergency Medicine Association (NEMA) and its Special Programs is the prevention of injury and illness by addressing health and social issues through education, applied research, technology, and equipment.

Our mission statement is what drives all of NEMA's educational programs in trauma prevention.

NEMA also sponsors several special programs, including:

Learn the signs of heart attack, assess your risk factors, learn about the video Straight from the Heart.

National Stroke Council »
Learn the early warning signs of stroke, including Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), find out if you may be at risk.

Kids Do Matter »
