Straight from the Heart, a new video programFollows five familes who have been impacted by heart disease. Each heart attack victim candidly discusses the risk factor that led to his or her heart attack and the changes they needed to make to avoid further serious heart problems. Feelings such as anger and guilt are not often discussed openly. It highlights the normal range of emotions that survivors and their families experience, and how to cope with these. Finally, the video addresses the good habits and behaviors that can help to prevent heart attack. Straight from the Heart is perfect for helping people interested in preventing heart attack, and for survivors, their spouses, and children, who must cope and readjust after a heart attack has occured.
